African businesses entering Poland
We support companies and entrepreneurs planning to establish, acquire or develop operations in Poland. The scope of assistance is agreed individually and may cover the legal preparation of a market-entry project, establishment of a Polish company, commercial contracts, corporate matters and representation before Polish authorities.
African law firms seeking Polish local counsel
We cooperate with foreign law firms whose clients require advice or representation in Poland. The relationship with the referring firm and the division of responsibilities are agreed at the outset. Depending on the matter, communication may be conducted directly with the client or through the referring counsel.

Poland as a point of entry to the European Union
Establishing a business in Poland may provide access to the EU internal market, but a Polish company does not remove the need to examine sector-specific, tax, customs, product, employment and licensing requirements. A market-entry plan should therefore identify both the Polish steps and any obligations arising in other countries in which the business intends to operate.
Our role is to define the Polish legal framework, identify matters requiring additional specialist advice and coordinate the legal work needed to move the project forward.
How cooperation begins
- Initial information. Send a short description of the business, the intended activity in Poland or the legal matter requiring local assistance.
- Conflict and scope review. We verify whether the matter can be accepted and identify the documents and information needed for an initial assessment.
- Proposal. You receive a proposed scope of work, communication model, timetable and fee arrangement.
- Remote cooperation. Meetings may be held by video conference, while documents can be exchanged electronically or, where originals are required, by post or courier.
